• Open Red Flow, Home tab, and check that Enable the Red Flow Bubble shows Done.
• The bubble only appears while the keyboard is open and a text field is focused.
• It never appears on password fields. That is intentional.

• Check that the microphone permission is granted in the Home tab checklist.
• Check your internet connection. Transcription happens on our servers.
• Very short recordings are ignored. Hold the mic for at least a second.

• Add names and uncommon words to your Dictionary. Red Flow will favour them in future dictations.
• Correct a transcript in the app. Red Flow learns from the correction and adds new words automatically.

You can delete individual dictations, all dictations, or your whole account. See delete your account.
